LINHouse ships wedding dresses and Áo Dài within Vietnam and internationally. Shipping availability and estimated delivery times will be confirmed based on the destination and selected shipping provider.
Shipping policy
LINHouse offers both in-store pickup and domestic or international delivery through third-party shipping providers.
Delivery times
Delivery time is calculated from the date your order is completed and ready for shipment. Actual transit times may vary depending on the destination and shipping provider. Estimated delivery times: Ho Chi Minh City: typically from 1 business day. Other locations within Vietnam: typically 1–5 business days. International orders: typically 5–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance. Additional time may be required during holidays and peak wedding seasons. We will inform you before shipment if a delay is expected.
Shipping fees
Shipping fees are not included in the product price. Shipping costs will be quoted based on the actual rate provided by the shipping company, depending on the destination, parcel dimensions and weight. For international orders, any applicable import duties, customs taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Packaging, Final Approval & Tracking
Before shipment, LINHouse will carefully inspect your order and provide photos/videos of the finished product for your final approval. The packaging process will also be documented before the parcel is handed over to the shipping provider. Once you have approved the finished product, your order will be carefully packed and prepared for shipment. Tracking information will be provided when available from the shipping provider.
Upon Delivery
Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If there are any signs of damage during transit, please take clear photos/videos and contact LINHouse as soon as possible so we can assist you in reviewing the issue with the shipping provider.
