Scope of Application

These Terms apply when you access the LINHouse website, book a consultation, rent or purchase a product, or place an order for a Wedding Dress or Áo Dài.

By continuing to use our website or confirming an order or service, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the applicable terms and policies published by LINHouse at the time of your order.

Our Services

LINHouse provides design, made-to-measure, rental and purchase services for Wedding Dresses, Áo Dài and related bridal products.

Product images, descriptions and information displayed on our website are provided to help customers explore and select designs. Depending on the order, details including design, color, fabric, measurements, customizations, production timeline and pricing will be confirmed before production begins.

For Made-to-Order and Made-to-Measure products, slight variations in handmade details, lace placement or embellishments may occur while maintaining the overall design and specifications confirmed with the customer.

Orders & Payments

An order is confirmed once both parties have agreed on the necessary details, including the product or service, measurements, customizations, estimated timeline and payment terms.

For orders requiring a deposit, LINHouse will begin reserving production time, preparing materials or starting production once the deposit has been confirmed.

Payments will be recorded through the relevant order confirmation, agreement, receipt or other confirmation issued by LINHouse.

Any additional costs resulting from customer-requested changes to the design, fabric or other specifications after order confirmation will be communicated and agreed upon before the changes are made.

Postponement, Cancellation & Service Changes

Once an order or service agreement has been confirmed and the deposit has been paid, the deposit is non-refundable if the customer chooses to cancel the order or service.

If your wedding date or plans change, you may request to transfer your deposit to another LINHouse product or service, subject to availability at the time of the request.

The deposit may be transferred to a product or service of equal or greater value. If the new selection is of greater value, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference.

If the customer chooses a product or service of lower value, the remaining balance of the original deposit will not be refunded or converted into cash.

Any change of date, product or service will only take effect once confirmed by LINHouse.

Measurements & Made to Measure

For Made-to-Measure products, customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements according to LINHouse's measurement instructions.

For online orders, LINHouse will provide guidance on how to take the required measurements remotely. Customers should carefully review and confirm all measurements before production begins.

If the customer's body measurements change after confirmation, or if measurements provided by the customer are inaccurate, additional alterations may require extra time and charges.

Any applicable additional costs will be communicated before the work is carried out.

Design Changes After Confirmation

Once the design, fabric, color and customization details have been confirmed, LINHouse will prepare or produce the product based on the approved specifications.

If the customer requests changes after confirmation, LINHouse will review whether the requested changes can still be accommodated.

Changes involving the design, fabric, silhouette or details that have already entered production may result in additional costs or a longer production timeline. Any changes and related charges will be communicated for approval before proceeding.

Colors, Fabrics & Product Appearance

LINHouse makes every effort to present product images, colors, fabrics and design details as accurately as possible.

However, actual colors may vary slightly due to photography lighting, screen settings and the natural characteristics of different fabrics.

For lace, patterns, embellishments and handcrafted details, placement and arrangement may vary slightly from one individually made product to another.

Rental Products

For rental products, collection and return dates, product condition, included accessories and other applicable terms will be confirmed in the rental order or agreement.

Customers are responsible for taking reasonable care of rented products and returning the product and all included accessories within the agreed timeframe.

Loss, missing accessories or damage beyond normal wear may result in additional charges based on the actual condition of the product.

Website Content & Intellectual Property

Images, videos, written content, designs, collection names and other materials created or owned by LINHouse and displayed on this website are protected under applicable intellectual property rights.

These materials may not be copied, modified, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior authorization from LINHouse.

Customer Information

Information provided by customers during consultation, ordering and use of LINHouse services may be used to provide consultations, process orders, provide customer support and for other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

Related Policies

Matters relating to shipping, delivery fees, estimated delivery times, final approval before shipment and parcel handling upon delivery are governed by the LINHouse Shipping & Delivery Policy.
